Description
With many years of development experience with military, government, corporate and non-profit organizations we provide engaging training programs customized your unique requirements to gain the greatest amount of return for your investment. Our process follows the A.D.D.I.E method:
-
- Assess – We understand your specific needs are unique to your organization and we begin by first researching all relevant factors impacting your organization efforts in order to design the perfect solution for your application. During this phase we use four main avenues to collect data:
- Records and reports
- Focus groups
- Interview and/or surveys
- Observations
- Design – Once our assessments are complete, we begin to design your solution. By including your input and insights in the design phase you will have a direct and informed impact on your program or training development effort
- Develop – We take your approved design and start to put together a program suited to fit your needs. Your involvement in this phase is welcomed and appreciated as we provide up to three dry-run iterations of the program or training for your final review and approval
- Implement – Implementation will launch at your desired location, time and audience. Our experienced facilitators will work hand-in-hand with you or other designated key leaders to ensure the best possible results are attained for you
- Evaluate – There is always room for improvement, and we take the evaluation phase seriously. We collect data on program effectiveness, analyze the information to determine where and how we can make your program even better.
