Strategy Session – Full Day

• Goal setting – determine the goals and objectives of the envisioned strategy. Gain key leader insight and expectations for the organization
• Analysis – Conduct research to determine key information and insights from key leaders, the workforce and other relevant stakeholders. The following data collection methods are available for use:
  1. Records and reports
  2. Focus groups
  3. Interview and/or surveys
  4. Observations
• Strategy formation – Once our assessments are complete, we begin to formulate your strategy. By including your input and insights in the formulation phase you will have a direct and informed impact on your strategy project.  This phase can also include selected key leaders to provide insight, institutional knowledge and environmental conditions that may impact the effectiveness of the strategy.  Your involvement in this phase is needed, welcomed and appreciated as we would provide our draft strategy for your review and feedback
• Strategy Implementation – Implementation will launch at your desired time and place. Our experienced professionals will work hand-in-hand with you or other designated key leaders to ensure the best possible rollout is attained for you.
• Strategy monitoring – There can be room for improvement, and we take the monitoring phase seriously.  We collect data on strategy effectiveness, analyze the information to determine where and how we can enhance your strategy to be even more effective.
