HealthCheck is a diagnostic and resolution indication service specifically tailored to addressing diversity and social inclusion and sexual harassment and predation issues within an organization. It is designed to quickly and inexpensively identify the complex of underlying cultural, social and organizational dynamics informing a client’s potential for, or actual experience of, either or both of these problems.

- More than ever, so many organizations today have found themselves the unwitting subject of diversity and social inclusion or sexual predation problems, or both. All too often attempts to address these issues have proved ineffective because solutions have been sought exclusively by identifying only top-line answers to the simplest questions such as who, where, what happened and how often. Unfortunately, the causes informing these types of prosocial issues are far more complex and nuanced requiring a method of analysis that must go far deeper if real behavioral change solutions are to be developed.
- Most programs on today’s market that address these problems devote less time to analyzing the nature and extent of an organization’s cultural, social, situational and consequential dynamics than selling-off-the-shelf generalized leadership, educational and training programs. The locus of the problem with this approach is that most of these programs suffer from the premise that wrongly assumes that the causes of these behavioral difficulties are basically uniform, differentiated only by the who, what, when and how often of a problem. Not, however, on how key individuals within or connected with an organization who are the agents causing or are adversely affected by these issues perceive what is happening, and how they feel about it. This misdirected focus is reflected in far less than adequate research informed solutions formulated from the top-down rather than, as should be the case, the bottom-up.
